Cleaning Service
I specialize in cleaning for Luxury Vacation Homes and Luxury Condominium Vacation living. When you come to your property to getaway, I want you to feel like you are on vacation. When it’s time to leave, just get up and go and I'll take care of the rest. I provide my clients with an exceptional experience and they love the luxury feel when they arrive. I also specialize in Vacation Rentals and Vacation Rental same day turnovers (or 'flips'). While other companies want to charge you for a so called 'deep clean', I pride myself in providing one, every time. For all of my cleans, I focus on the details, double-checking, and delivering a service that gives you or your guests a luxury feel and warrants a five–star review for your listing every time. While other companies are focused on volume, I work with my clients to understand their needs and present their vacation home or rentals exactly how they want it – and to stun their guests on cleanliness. I strive to always exceed expectations.
Home Watch Service
My professional home watch service is an essential one in Florida - no exceptions. No one wants their vacation home/investment destroyed by water damage, mold from high humidity or wants to have pest issues. If your home is unoccupied, it is vulnerable and all of these things happen...a lot. Don't show up to a home with water damage or cockroaches, toilet bugs, sulphur smells or worse because you chose not to hire me. I have seen that happen too many times. Saving a few dollars now, is just not worth the risk. I give my clients peace of mind over their homes and I do that in many ways: one of those is by performing each and every home watch check myself. If damage ever does occur, my job and my training is to catch it before it becomes a disaster. I will come to know every inch of your home and I will know it as if it were my own.
Concierge Services
It's just me with your key. Relax and sleep well knowing I will take care of all of your luxury or vacation rental home needs. I will be there for every step of the way to help get your luxury or vacation rental home ready for you or your first guest. I will be there and keep an eye on anyone you hire or be there for deliveries to help make sure your home is being treated with respect and that you are happy with the results of any work done and/or satisfied with any item you purchased for your home. I can run errands for you or your guests and deal with any guest emergencies in any manner you wish. Let me help you feel like you're on vacation or help deliver a 5 star experience for your guests.
