Front Entrance
- Shake out front mat, inside and out
- No fingerprints around front door handle, inside and out.
Kitchen
- Dishwasher empty, no fingerprints under handle
- All stainless steel clean
- Oven wiped out
- Fridge cleaned out, inside of both doors cleaned, fridge dusted
- Microwave washed out, inside of door wiped for fingerprints
- Coffee makers cleaned, no pods left or filters, prepped for next guest
- Cupboards cleaned, tidied and organized.
- Cutlery drawer emptied and cleaned
- Check and clean under sink
- Baseboards cleaned/dusted and window sills dusted
- Table and chairs are clean and free of crumbs and fingerprints
- Garbage disposal run, no debris left inside sink
- Sink polished
- Toaster shaken out, unplugged and cleaned
- Soap refill
- Garbage bags replaced with new ones
- All floors are swept vacuumed and mopped
Bathroom
- Shower cleaned and then re-examined for hair, mold and grime
- No soap spots on glass doors, no water marks or water left
- Toilet spotless, checked and cleaned around the back and bottom around screw caps
- Toilet paper refill left, starter set put under sink
- Garbage emptied and left with refill bag as well as new bag put in
- Mirror cleaned
- Drawers emptied and wiped out
- Mats shaken out and spot cleaned
- Lights, artwork and shelves dusted
- Laundry station tidied and left with starter pack
- Soap refilled
- Towels washed, folded and put away and stacked nicely for guests
- Floors are swept, vacuumed and mopped
Bedroom
- All sheets and bedding washed
- Throw pillows are shaken out and plumped up
- Beds made with hospital corners, fully tucked in and free from wrinkles
- Baseboards, door frames and doors dusted/cleaned
- Artwork, shelves and decor dusted and placed in order
- Underneath beds are vacuumed/cleaned and free of dust or debris
- Fans dusted and left on
- Closet straightened, hangers left all together
- Floor have been swept vacuumed and mopped
Lanai
- Lanai swept/vacuumed and table and chairs wiped down
- Grill is wiped
- All windows and sliders are cleaned and left free of fingerprints
- Lanai door locked
- All lights turned off
- Front door locked
